By accessing or using any service provided by d63jl, including but not limited to registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming bonuses, you confirm your unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the d63jl Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail. d63jl may publish Filipino (Tagalog) translations of selected policies as a convenience — such translations are informational only and do not constitute binding legal text.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds. 6.1 Deposits. d63jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the point of deposit. d63jl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
6.2 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your d63jl Account within 30 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. d63jl is not responsible for delays attributable to your payment provider or financial institution.
6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to accounts that have been verified through KYC as belonging to the registered Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are published in the Cashier section of the Platform. All withdrawals are subject to:
6.4 Currency. All transactions on d63jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). d63jl does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted at the payment provider's prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
d63jl offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentive programs ("Promotions") from time to time. Each Promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the Promotion, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds or game restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings. These specific terms form part of this Agreement.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance will be refunded to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification procedures.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d63jl shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if d63jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
d63jl's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit d63jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. d63jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions, for which d63jl shall not be liable.
d63jl maintains an internal dispute resolution process for all Player complaints. To raise a dispute, you must:
d63jl will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of d63jl's internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
In respect of game outcome disputes, d63jl's server logs constitute the definitive record of all game rounds and outcomes. Where server logs are inconsistent with a Player's screen display, the server log record shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with respect to any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of d63jl's services, provided that d63jl reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
d63jl reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, d63jl will provide notice through one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed upon login to your Account, an email sent to your registered email address (if provided), or an in-app notification.
Minor changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not affect Player rights or obligations) may be made without individual notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of d63jl after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using d63jl immediately and request withdrawal of any remaining Account balance.
